- Maintain and grow customer relationships, negotiate license contracts and provide necessary information to develop commercial operating model for the region.
- Manage, develop and understand the needs of growing customer base.
- Set-up proposals, sales deal negotiations and execute sales budget in line with business strategy.
- Revenue generation for dedicated accounts in international projects with Europe as focus region.
- Maintain close cooperation of principal managers and technical team to maximize response to client needs and market development.
- Understand market trends/intelligence on competitive initiatives working closely with the Strategic & Marketing.
- Define strategy including project milestones in cooperation with Strategy, Marketing and Controlling.
- Continuously update market database and prepare forecasts of short, mid and long-term business potentials.
- Degree in Business Management, Chemistry or Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in technical and/or commercial roles – in biofuel, oil mayor, chemical, engineering or related industry with business/work experience in licensing.
- Sales experience such as development of value propositions, value-based selling, pricing, preparation of proposals and sales deal negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken; any other language is an advantage.
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently but at the same time being focused to deliver team goals.
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM and Power BI preferred.
