Academic Quality Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assess the quality of scholarship mentoring sessions based on the provided evaluation rubric.
- Provide recommendations to improve the quality of scholarship mentoring sessions.
- Compile and report quality assessment results on a regular basis.
- Follow and complete all instructions and tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student (min. 5th semester) or Fresh graduate or recent graduate from any major.
- Not participate in volunteering/KKN/PKL/other internship activities during the internship program.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in improving academic quality.
- Preferably has experience in conducting performance evaluation of tutors/mentors.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in improving academic quality.
- Ability to use analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS) will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with assessment rubrics (rubrik penilaian).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to work in a diverse environment.
- Proficiency in Google Meet and Google Workspace.
- Ability to adapt quickly.
