Logistic Specialist
Job Descriptions :
- Process office paperwork such as delivery tickets, packing slip, import and export formalities, logistic monitoring on daily basis
- Respond and initiate coordination with Inventory Warehouse and workshop supervisor
- Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with freight forwarder to ensure on time delivery
- Receive incoming goods and articles, liaise with the freight forwarder
- PO receiving in the system (GR)
- Report to Operations Manager on monthly basis regarding outstanding issues on delivery/shipping
- Monitoring and updating the status of spare parts shipment requested by workshop and engineers in rig site.
- Experience in ERP is desired.

- Harap selalu berhati-hati terhadap segala bentuk tindak penipuan.
