CORPORATE LEGAL & LAND MANAGER
Job Description :
- To provide legal services to the company regarding various corporate and land legal issue & liaison the company and stakeholders, ensuring the company compliance with the prevailing rules and regulation
- Providing corporate legal strategy to protect the company’s matters including any corporate actions.
- Work in a cross functional team (including external lawyers) for legal advice, legal opinion/memorandum for any company issues.
- Providing legal assistance to all contract management including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating.
- To provide a strong data base of the land owned by the company
- To handling the transaction of land acquisition
- Getting involved in the process of land measurement, plotting, and re positioning
- Responsible for the Roya procces.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree of Law from reputable University
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling corporate legal
- Having experience in public company or lawfirm would be advantages
- Strong knowledge in Corporate Law, Merger & Acquisition
- Strong knowledge in land law, mortgage law
- Having knowledge in OJK regulation
- Having knowledge in commercial contract drafting
Office Placement : Cibitung, West Java
