Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and execute PR strategies to ensure company’s favorable public image and branding are maintained.
- Plan and evaluate the development of press releases’ materials and kits, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Prepare and oversee the overall press conferences and other press-related activities event.
- Collaborate with the VPs, managements, and other stakeholders as well to align company voice, tone, and point of view.
- Foster active and positive relationships with journalists, editors, media stakeholders, and other PR/marketing agencies in Indonesia and internationally.
- Act as company’s main representative in interviews, press conferences, presentations, and any other public engagements.
- Provide feedback and advice for internal departments’ initiatives (e.g. Marketing and PR campaigns).
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as PR, Marketing Communication, or any other relevant roles in gaming or tech industry.
- Passion for gaming and having strong knowledge about Indonesian, South East Asia, and global game industry.
- Extensive network of journalists, editors, media stakeholders, and PR/marketing agencies.
- Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia skill, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill.
- Good crisis and risk management skill.
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skill.
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
- Willing to travel, both local and overseas.
- Willing to WFO / hybrid in our office in Bandung, West Java.
