Operations Supervisor
Job Description :
- Operational leader di BSI Site Banyuwangi
- Responsible on making sure work quality, team equipped with good skill and knowledge to work
- Responsible on daily working plan of each team member and make it well documented
- Regular update on Epiroc rig in fleet management system, fleet population and its HM/ Fludicon opportunities in mandated account
- Avoid OSMI and do action point for occurred OSMI
- Responsible on reporting quality of each team member inc, Failure Analysis Report (FAR)
- Collect inspection report, match it with inventory and create backlog and adhoc order
- Responsible in making utisation report, pareto and action points
- Work together with product marketing to list initial stock for new project
- Work together with SCX in inventory management enhancement and do stock take
- Act as PJO in monitoring and developing K3HSE, SMKP
- Attend and develop action points report on regular meeting with customers
- Ensure Take 5 conducted before working.
- Immediately report to direct superior any “Near Miss, Incident and Accident”.
Requirements :
- Minimum diploma degree or equivalent with work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in leading site and operation
Technical Knowledge & Skill :
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
- Computer skills must include ability to communicate through Lotus Notes, read and prepare spreadsheets, prepare Power Point presentations, work with Microsoft word documents, and others.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in both Bahasa Indonesian and Bahasa English both oral and written communication.
