Regional Sales Manager GT - Zone 5
Description
- Responsible for business growth and achievement of General Trade sales objectives within targeted profitability at designated region. Be accountable of all activities and P&L within scope.
- Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities. Implement strict control of order taking- delivery- merchandising and consumer engagement at store level to match Picture of Success. Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines at designated region.
- Pilot- adapt and roll-out Go To Market initiatives. Take full leadership of execution and change management at designated region.
- Contribute to build and lead implementation of Kraft Heinz distributor management strategy: set-up- standardized practices- control & monitoring- performance evaluation- strategic business reviews- system and organization capability development- including termination of non-performing entities at designated region.
- Accountable of sales forecasts and supply chain synchronization within scope at designated region.
- Inspire- develop- manage and lead team. Review and drive team performance- grow and retain top talents.
- Ensure distributor financial compliance- provide regular reports and market/competitors monitoring at designated region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum- Master’s Degree an advantage
- 6 years minimum of exceptional work experience in GT Sales & Distribution. Exposures to Modern Trade environment is a bonus.
- Superior capability in leading and managing top tier distributors (experience in Go-To-Market strategy and distributor set up is highly preferred).
- Strong leadership capabilities and has mindset to develop team
- Good project management skills
- Good communication in English
- Strong drive & high energy (get jobs done attitude)- hands on and pragmatic- independent and proactive.
- Strong analytical thinking and passionate for results- with abundant passion/curiosity for learning.
- Comfortable working in changing environments- highly adaptable and of high endurance.
- A team player- effective communicator- strong interpersonal skills and ownership behavior.
- Having experiences in handling Central Java & DIY region will be an advantaged
