Head of E-Commerce & Channel Development
Job Description:
- Build and manage Ecommerce strategy and Channel Development.
- Bringing together a multifunctional E-Commerce team under a clear vision.
- Set annual sales & profitability targets based on platform from Sales Director approval.
- Provide channel annual profit target (Channel Contribution).
- Drive internal planning cycles to ensure the company has good demand projections.
- Responsible for predetermined margin and marketing budget.
- Responsible for platform management (such as traffic, AOV, CR, ROAS, and the key metrics).
- Responsible for consumer engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the overall channel development team, especially the optimization of the customer service team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as key account manager or similar role min. 3 years ;
- Experience in handling various E-commerce or platforms;
- Strong knowledge of latest ecommerce technologies and developments;
- Data-driven, and a create problem solver;
- The ability to interact effectively with different stakeholder groups;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation;
- Have good analytical thinking skills;
- The ability to manage and motivate diverse teams;
- Willing to work in Yogyakarta.
