IAA - Senior Manager Strategy Development
Functional Responsibility:
- Assist CEO on delivering strategic and multi-dimensional business and functional analytics as well as presentations.
- Provide strategic inputs and insights to the decision making process at top management levels.
- Independently and proactively conduct relevant research and collect insights to support management decisions & development of strategy.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (Directors/HODs/others) to bring quality information to top management decision making process.
- Follow up on tasks or elements to support CEO.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare pre-read materials for CEO meetings and meeting minutes/follow ups.
- Prepare regular management review decks and board meeting materials (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Organize and maintain standard management scorecards/dashboards.
- Deliver required business and management analysis & presentations.
- Prepare CEO communication kits (internal & external)
- Responsible for quality information & insights for CEO delivered in time.
- Responsible for delivery of all required analysis, presentation, follow ups and meeting materials (in quality & time).
- Responsible for preparation of CEO meetings and engagements (internal & external).
Requirements:
- Minimum working experience 3 - 4 years in the related field (similar positions).
- Experience in commercials, finance or business development is an advantage.
- Bachelor of Engineering or Management/Economy/Finance/Business from a reputable university (overseas graduate is an advantage).
- MBA is preferable.
- High energy, self-driven/proactive and with strong eagerness to learn.
- Strong business acumen with high analytical (data driven) capabilities.
- Structured and data-driven, strong ability to synthesize information (data analysis and visualization) and to ‘connect the dots’.
- Mandatory: Fluent in English (verbal) and strong English writing skills (grammar and articulation).
- Capable in constructing and delivering senior level (C-level) presentation slides : structure, design/visualization, flows, and narratives.
- Good communication and team working skills (able to work with multi-level and multi cultural team members).
