Skills Required

Catatan:
- Assist with modelling the products for inclusion on social media channels, across Facebook / Instagram / Youtube / Tik Tok and others
- Creating engaging daily video / photo content for all Social Media channels
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and research industry related engaging topics
- Develop creative ideas and new innovative ways of delivering digital content
- Create social media campaigns to target demographic audiences, look at ROI
- Increasing engagement and providing good customer service online
- Research and analyse competitors and look at social trends and make recommendations to senior management
- Respond to customers comments in a timely and engaging manner, capitalising on raised queries to increase community engagement
Skills Required
- Must have recent experience working in a similar social media role, preferably stand alone
- Experience of developing and managing social media strategies
- Experience with posting to social media channels (Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / YouTube)
- Must possess strong copywriting skills, experience of writing online content
- Knowledge of marketing and campaign management (preferred)
- Able To Be Forward Thinking About Social Media Trends
- Experience of analysing demographic trends and making recommendations
- Able to demonstrate examples of social media work/portfolio
- A passion for fashion and Jewellery trends would be advantageous
- Diligence and attention to detail required
- Proficiency in Adobe creative cloud suite preferable
- Some Photography / Editing experience would be desirable - Lightroom, Photoshop, SLR camera/ Iphone (Preferred)
- Good time management and organisational skills, able to work independently and within a team, working to meet deadlines
- Experience with Selling Platform Promotional tools desirable
