- Promote and ensure the health and safety to all project activities , employees, contractors and visitors through the proactive implementation of both company and industry best practices
- Coordinate and ensure implementation of all project activities , includes scheduling, resourcing, assigning of work, and tracking results from daily recording (actual vs planning), reviewing and continuously improve project team performance.
- Drive project all activities daily and work closely with EHS and project team members, in term of Civil , Mechanical and Electrical Method standard
- Manage and control all project activities related costs through monitoring compare to budgeted agreed
- Provide progress report of project activity Coach and develop skill levels of project team members to the target skill agreed
We are looking for someone with Experience minimum of 5 years in handling projects. This person will handle a whole project not just monitoring. Must come from a mechanical engineering background.
Technical skills needed:
- CAD , Solid Work , SAP 2000, TEKLA
- Basic Electrical Equipment functioning
- Fluent in English
