Job Responsibilities
  • People Management: Leads, manages, coaches & develops the Supply Chain team across all verticals within the country to create a succession plan for all the associates in the function
  • S&OE: Effectively lead the S&OE process in the country across all PBUs, in collaboration with the business teams, to develop a doable plan, and identify the areas of risk, contingency planning, and areas of improvement. Must be able to provide support to country plans and operations including Country Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics & Customer Fulfillment to ensure smooth execution of operations in the country in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drives Country Operations: Leads the customer satisfaction initiatives, collaborating with Country Sales & Marketing Organization on ordering and delivery through improvement in processes and continuous engagement with internal and external customers. Also, responsible to obtain the Unconstrained Demand sign off for the country collaborating with Country MD
  • KPI: Ensure that all KPIs of S&OP meet goals/targets - aligned with the PBU goals and strategy including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics & Warehousing (e.g. Forecast Accuracy, RDD, T&W Costs)
  • Drives Transformation and Change Management: L ead the organization in Transformational projects around Digitalization, Network Reconfiguration, Inventory modeling, and distribution resource planning in collaboration with ASEAN Cluster & AP Logistics & Customer Fulfillment & AP SC Planning COE
  • Build End to end SC capabilities: Develop end-to-end supply chain process and people capabilities. Work closely with the ASEAN SC, Regional Planning and Logistics Centre of Excellence to deploy best practices and system & process capability in the organization and will be accountable to develop and generate a consensus demand plan, aligning with Asean SC, for the S&OP horizon
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any Business/Engineering field and; Master’s degree with good statistics, industry, marketing, and business analytical skills are preferred
  • APICS Certification or Six Sigma Blackbelt is preferred
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of management experience in sales operations, marketing operations, customer service operations, and demand/supply planning
  • In depth working experience in continuous improvement within sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, or operations planning
  • Must know relevant analytical tools/techniques, quantitative skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Strong experience in IT-enabled processes
  • Strong professional and interpersonal skills in working with senior management
  • Strong project management skills, high flexibility, and ability to drive change and deliver results under pressure
  • Self-confidence and assertiveness in questioning numbers and challenging assumptions made by others
  • Excellent negotiation skills/experience with diplomatic handling of challenging cross functional and business relationships by persuading, convincing, and building partnerships to reach consensus
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills, ability to present complex analytical data and results in a simple way
  • Strong leadership in change management
