Area Operations Staff
What you will do :
- Handle all the driver community, marketing, driver care responsibilities and maintain supply reliability on Area
- Handle channel walk in center on each Area
- Ensure problem solving according to agreed process & based on standard operational procedure
- Manage driver’s problems
- Give empowerment to solve problems
- Manage service time, driver and customer satisfaction
- Conceptualizes events, exhibits and other below the line marketing based on the marketing plan
- Coordinate with Area Operations Supervisor for day-to-day escalated issues around driver service and customer service.
What you will need :
- Fresh graduate or having min. 1 years experience in related area, preferably in customer service
- Bachelor degree from top university
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Able to handle walk in channel
- Expert in face to face service
- Experienced in service area (contact center, email etc)
- Willing to improve driver satisfaction
Catatan:
