Responsibilities :
  • Developing Comprehensive Marketing Strategies

  • Team Management
  • Communicate tasks to the creative production team. Ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and social media initiatives. Utilize digital marketing tools to schedule and optimize content.
  • Audience Analysis
  • Conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify and define target audiences for our marketing communication efforts.
  • Strategic Ideation
  • Devise innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with our business objectives.
  • Marketing Tools and Collaterals
  • Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for business development teams.
  • Event Management
  • Organize events, product exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the B2B sector, including post-event evaluation and analysis.
  • Data Management
  • Compile and distribute financial and statistical information related to marketing performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Copywriting and Proofreading
  • Create engaging and creative copy for various marketing materials while ensuring accuracy through meticulous proofreading.
  • Reporting and Planning
  • Generate regular reports and create weekly and monthly planners to outline marketing strategies and track progress.
  • Market Trend and Marketing Initiatives Analysis
  • Stay updated on marketing trends within the B2B sector, incorporating relevant insights into our marketing approach and analyze our ongoing marketing initiatives.

Requirements :
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a Related Field.
  • Display a proactive approach to tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written format to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Embrace changes in marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the B2B landscape.
  • Demonstrate a drive to succeed and achieve marketing goals independently.
  • Exhibit patience and maintain a professional attitude, especially during challenging situations.
