Creative Strategist Manager
Job Desc :
- Develop campaigns, brand and digital activations and influencer marketing strategies for marketing programs.
- Research content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and engaging.
- Develop and manage editorial content, then ensure content remains consistent across platforms.
- Responsible for developing communication strategies, creating content ideas, and providing input for internal & external parties ,social media and microsites in a strategic and creative team.
- Communicate and work with internal teams to maintain work integrity and accuracy.
- Assist Accounts and Campaigns team to manage campaigns effectively.
- Collaborate with team members on various creative brainstorming and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and always on brand building initiatives.
- Review sales performance and suggest campaigns.
- Lead the strategic team and ensure they carry out their functions
Requirement :
- Having experience in Marketing & Advertising Industry.
- Have high enthusiasm and experience in beauty industry
- Excellent understanding of KOL or Digital Strategic.
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new things.
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities. Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong Communicator, Strong analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to conduct presentations.
- Excellent organizational, time management & communication skills
- Good understanding in data analytics
- Have minimal 3 year Experience as Creative Strategist
