Territory Sales
Description: 
  • Plan sales operations activities and execute the plan in an efficient manner
  • Create and strengthen the relationship with the dealer/partner
  • Develop mutual benefits among all stakeholders to achieve common purposes
  • Perform competitor benchmarking by having a view through the eyes of the competitors to understand the competitor's movement and market trend
  • Review and propose financial solutions for a better partner profitability
  • To be persistent in selling and able to persuade the potential customer
  • Develop a "winning" mentality and persistence in achieving the company's goal
  • Resolve conflict through win-win engagement
  • Act as a role model for others and be able to mentor and coach subordinates whenever required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any major discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the sales field or has a passion for sales
  • Good understanding of sales, distribution, market, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
