Partner Relationship Manager (Indonesia)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of company partners by acquiring new ones and expanding existing relationships.
- Oversee partner relations and coordinate issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and brand standards.
- Design market development strategies, including joint initiatives with marketing, loyalty, and event teams.
- Represent the company at industry and partner events such as expos, conventions, trainings, and seminars (some short-term travel may be required).
- Strengthen existing partnerships and support their growth.
- Achieve KPIs set by management, with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development; prior work in financial services is an advantage.
- Experience delivering results in international markets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both retail and institutional clients.
- Leadership capabilities and a strategic business development mindset.
- Proven success in proactive sales and business growth initiatives.
- High integrity, reliability, and accountability.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, global, and multilingual environment.
- Proficiency in English (fluency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and build consensus.
