Maintenance Lead
Description & Requirements
- Perform all aspects of mechanical- electrical and preventative types of maintenance on various high-speed and packaging machinery
- Trouble shooting
- Read electrical and mechanical prints and perform basic wiring up to 480 volts
- Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule
- Understands principle centered coaching leadership and humble questioning
- Coaching and qualifying aspects of AM and PM activities with employees within the process
- Organize and execute duties as directed by the owner of the process
- Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are a low cost- high quality producer
- Ensure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.
- Comply with all established GMP- HACCP guidelines- Housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures
- Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required
- Works overtime as necessary
- Performs other related duties as assigned
