Business Development & Strategy Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Build financial models and develop strategic assessments to address key business issues, evaluation of new business models, emerging technologies, and innovations
- Provide insights to enable deployment of business.
- Develop strategy plans, monitor execution progress, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze and diagnose performance improvement opportunities and develop initiatives.
- Discover business problems and growth opportunities in the business and customer metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, IT market data and competitors' data.
- Closely monitors industry trends and competitive dynamics, and prepares presentations summarizing industry segments or reporting on individual companies
- Lead strategic business projects.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a strategy and growth role at a tech company, or top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or business creation, master’s degree will be a plus
- Significant experience participating in and leading teams projects through periods of growth, organizational change, acquisition, consolidation, and integration.
- Financial analysis, modeling, and managerial/leadership experience in a product or business development environment
- Advanced skills in Business Operations, Project Management, or Process Development
- Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record in using data to measure performance and make decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with proven ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction.
- Team player with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
