What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities):
- Tracking the area level, salesman level plan & driving the KPIs/Metric to deliver on the objectives of the month
- Drive the continuous improvement plan to ensure every salesman & team leader are efficient & effective in landing the plans
- Continue to work on the DJP to optimize on daily basis to maximize the performance & productivity
- Provide need-based coaching, training based on performance management to maximize the overall productivity
- Watch out on the market intelligence & speed to provide the update/feedback upwards
- Liaise with operational team to deliver on the service expectations
What criteria you’ll need to fulfill (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years experience of having done the recruiter role/ salesman role. Having a supervisory role would be an advantage
- Killer mindset, a bias for action, basic analytical mindset, ability to motivate & inspire teams to do their best
- Working knowledge with digital tools in B2B space
