Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- 2-5 years of experience as a trainer, experienced successful experience in organizing training and building a training system.
- Strong understanding of influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape.
- Strong communication, public speaking, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Problem analysis ability, information collection ability, organization and coordination ability, project design and curriculum development ability.
- Proficient in English and native Indonesian language.
